An illustration project which I developed between 2015 and 2017, Drawing Democracy is a visual record of democracy in action drawn live from scenes witnessed in Manchester, across the UK and on the east coast of the USA.
I collated the project into a printed book, published in 2018 and featuring over 140 illustrations - a selection of which are presented here.

Sloe Gallery was an artist-led exhibition space I co-founded in 2016 with Amy Mizrahi, Eade Hemingway, David Hammond and Hannah-Michelle Bayley, based at Mirabel Studios in Manchester city centre. For our second year I led the gallery with Amy Mizrahi, before passing on the space to a new artist collective in 2018.
Dedicated to showcasing the work of emerging and local artists, over two years we curated and presented a programme of 18 exhibitions and featured the work of over 60 creatives from across the North, the UK and Europe- including painting, drawing, illustration, photography, printmaking, sculpture, textiles, installation, performance, sound and video art.
